hellloooo my laptop charger has broke yet again… so on the phone trying to post before that battery dies aswell…
today has been the usual went to work.. got to finish an hour earlier so I came home and cleaned (living the dream)
back in for 7 tomo so will be sleeping soon.

had a bit of a high syn day today had porridge (heb) banana and maple syrup (1) then decided to try the veggie patty with cheese (hea) at subway and its safe to say I wont be having it again… definitely not worth 7 syns. the new flatbread is nice but I also think its about 9 syns so will be having salad bowls the majority of the time :)
also had a cookie (11 syns shocking) and quavers (5syns) an apple and satsuma were demolished during the day too

so came home and had branflakes, frozen berries and cherry yogurt which was as a meal .. lovely :) then ate half a pineapple haha from what the scales are saying I wont be losing any weight this week which is annoying because im walking loads and im tracking. ah well least ill get a bronze body magic award :)

when my laptop runs out of battery I wont be able to sync my fitbit online so on mfp will have to enter it manually just guna estimate on around 800 cals a day. I average between 800 and 1000 a day so should be ok.

220 squats today and god they were hard cant blve the challenge is nearly over!!!!

monday is coming boo :)

well this week has been busy busy busy.

on thursday i lost half a pound woo! So 6.5lbs to target and 7lbs till im in the 9s!!!! it will happen :D

Decided to stay on slimming world and just eat bigger portions. Also need to stop walking so much and maybe do some more strength training.

30 day squat challenge is nearly over and cant say theres a massive difference… apart from 3.5lb but we all know that isnt from just doing squats hehe

right im in a bit of a predicament….
Today was going well all slimming world and everything then when i knew i was able to walk back from work (finished early) I decided to eat more and have more calories. Ive put this into mfp and its saying i have loadsa calories remaining. 

Im starting to think because i exercise quite a bit im better off doing mfp then sw. Im going to continue on with the classes (as I would just give in if i didnt) but maybe follow mfp for a few weeks??? oh i dont know… 

help me :D xx

Well i’m pleased to say on thursday I lost 3lbs!!!! woo!!! That brings me to 10st 7lbs which is the lightest I have been in two years :D

I decided at slimming world to make myself a target which is 10 stone, I’ve wanted this for a long, long time now and with SW I finally feel I can get there :D

Decided to change the site title to erasing the fat as that what I aim to achieve every day through diet and exercise. When I get to 10 stone Ill probably change my blog again as It will be more about toning up rather than losing the weight.

Had an amazing, long overdue catch up last night with my friend who I haven’t seen in years  but it involved a lot of chocolate, pizza alcohol… ah well I don’t go out much so its fine :D

This morning I walked from hers back to mine which was a 5 mile walk :D ate a bit of rubbish before the walk but now home and ready to tackle the week ahead :D

Summer is nearly here!!!! wooo :D Need to do my squats 150 eek :(

Hi Today has been a great day at work.  i wasn’t being rushed and i picked up on a lot of things myself so im pleased. My boss said it will take me around 2 weeks to get good so im not feeling the pressure as much. Today tho i didnt manage to get a break (my fault) and i got out at half 9 (started at 12) so i was ravenous, also there was a lot of waste salad so i made myself a big salad bowl so no sub again today :D

had 17 syns today as i scoffed and scoffed when i got in… but still in my weekly amount :D

Was going to go the gym tomo but im worried what if i go then work is the same.. ill pass out haha so going to go on tue and then plan my food better :D

Work is just manic at the mo, Im being told all sorts of information and im scared its not going in. I spent ages making bread yesterday to not press the right button and burn it all!!!!! im taking a notepad and pen today and im writing everything down, I will not be demoted!!!! haha

Been walking to work so at least im getting my exercise and done my squats!! have to say 105 is a lot harder than 100 :D not looking forward to 110 tomo :(
